We love getting to know our clients and understanding their challenges and goals.
No project is too small and no question is too embarrassing. (Trust us - we've heard them all!)

The Queensland Cricketers Club, located at the Gabba Stadium was established in 1959. It has played host to thousands of members over the years who have a strong affiliation with Cricket, AFL amongst many hundreds of events including live concerts, fine food and wine dinner experiences, large corporate events and private bookings. Over the past 18 months and since the beginning of my tenure, it became apparent to me that the Club required re-positioning to attract a broader audience, appealing to both male and female and a younger demographic. Having met Jaye Coley I felt that I found a company that was extremely responsive to achieve our goals. Jaye has been instrumental in re-designing our website together with other areas of marketing including creating micro-sites, social media pages and script writing. Perhaps one of her greatest attribute is her ability to integrate her business with ours, providing a team spirit, engaging our product as if it her own. For me this is a rare and unique quantity from a supplier that has contributed to the success of the project. We look forward to maintaining this relationship as we move through the very important second phase of our project. I have no hesitation in recommending Digital Means for companies looking for similar requirements.

We approached Jaye to assist us with modernising our website and the presentation of our Value Proposition. Jaye is amazing, in that she spent a lot of time with us to understand who we are and what we are trying to achieve. She is very professional in her approach and we happily recommend her services to colleagues.

A few months ago I asked Jaye Coley from Digital Means to build a website and help create a 20 page printed Program for our Longreach Pastoral College 50th Reunion.
I went to Jaye with a very broad idea of what we wanted and she worked her magic to build a truly amazing one stop website for us.
Nothing has been too much trouble to Jaye and any changed we asked for she completed within record time.
Her expertise in this field and her client empathy stands her above the rest.

I contacted Jaye Coley at Digital Means to help me set up a website and digital presence when starting my travel company. Having never started a business before I really had no idea of where to start or what section of the company to apply for first; I am also not the best with computers.

Jaye helped me decide on a company to host my website. Then she helped me set up a Domain Name, an URL for my website, an exchange account for business emails, a secure SSL certificate for online payments. Once the main items were running, Jaye then set up and linked Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin and other digital communication sites.

Jaye talked me through several options for managing my website, giving examples of each and how they work. When I chose the setup I liked, Jaye built the site for me. I gave examples of items I would require on the site, what I would like the site to do and how I wanted it to look.

Jaye was amazing in listening to the brief and implementing it. The website was exactly how I had envisaged it to be. She supplied a manual to show me how to add profiles or update specials on the site. Jaye updated the site as needed over the years as the requirements of the site changed. Whenever I had questions or frustrated by digital technology, I could call Jaye and she would always happily help fix the problem.

I can highly recommend Jaye Coley at Digital Means for anybody starting a business, she made the process seem so easy and trouble free. Jaye's level of knowledge and expertise in digital media is impressive, I knew her recommendations were the best for my business.

I engaged Jaye Coley at Digital Means to do work for me as part of some rebranding for my own consultancy business. Jaye worked on my business card design and website development and set up the new domain and email accounts for me. Jaye was very efficient and produced a high quality of work that I was very happy with. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend her.
